Welcome to Little Italy Ristorante! We are offering a credit as our way of saying sorry for any inconvenience you may have experienced during your visit. This credit is part of our commitment to ensure your satisfaction and enhance your dining experience with us.

Eligibility

This offer is valid for customers who have received a specific promotional link via text or email due to a service issue. The credit must be used by the person to whom it was issued unless the link is transferred explicitly to the proper person redeeming.

Redemption

Validity: The credit is valid only for dine-in or takeout orders at Little Italy Ristorante.
How to Redeem: To redeem the credit, click on the link sent to you, and present the animated screen at the time of payment. The code must be presented from the device it was sent to, and screenshots will not be accepted.
Single Use: This credit is for a single use only and must be used in one transaction at the time of redemption.

Expiration

The credit expires 60 days from the date of issuance. The expiration date will be clearly displayed on your credit link. Once expired, the credit cannot be used.

Transferability

The credit is initially non-transferable. If you wish to transfer the credit to another person, you must forward the original promotional link to the intended recipient’s device. The credit must then be redeemed from the device that received the forwarded link.

Restrictions

This credit cannot be combined with any other offers, promotions, or discounts. It is not redeemable for cash, and no change will be given for purchases less than the credit amount.

Miscellaneous

Little Italy Ristorante reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel this offer at any time without notice. Misuse of the credit or non-compliance with these terms may result in ineligibility for future credits or promotions.
