  • How can I sign up for Little Italy Groveport's rewards program?
    To sign up for our rewards program, simply CLICK HERE to visit our dedicated sign-up page. Once there, scroll down to the section labeled "Sign Up." Enter your required information. After submitting the form, be sure to look out for an email confirmation from us. This email will confirm your successful enrollment into the rewards program. By signing up, you'll enjoy exclusive offers, discounts, and updates directly from Little Italy Groveport!
  • I tried signing up, but it says that my email address is already associated with another account.
    If you receive a message stating that your email address is already associated with another account while trying to sign up, you simply need to request a password reset. To do this, Click Here to be routed directly to the rewards sign up page. Enter your email address, select 'Reset Password', and then check your email for further instructions. This process will ensure you can regain access to your account without creating a new one. For any additional assistance, please feel free to contact our support team via the form below.
  • When will I receive my sign up offers?
    Some customers will receive extra offers as part of their sign up, these cannot be used instantly due to a delay in our reward account notification system. However, you will receive an email within 24 hours of signing up to let you know that your rewards have been added to your account.
  • How many points do I earn when I visit?
    Customers earn 1 point per dollar spent. (Note: Alcohol purchases do not accrue points)
  • How can I be sure that I'm earning my rewards points each time I visit?
    To ensure you earn your rewards points every time you visit, make sure to inform your server, bartender, or cashier that you are a rewards member before finalizing your transaction. They will ask for your phone number or email address to look up your account and attach it to your order, ensuring that the points earned are added to your rewards balance. This simple step guarantees that each visit counts towards your rewards, allowing you to enjoy the benefits and special offers faster.
  • Why did my points balance reset?
    Once you accrue 125 points, you will be instantly issued a $5 off coupon as a reward for your loyalty. At that point, the 125 points will be deducted from your account's rewards points balance. This system ensures that you receive and enjoy discounts regularly as a thank-you for dining with us frequently. (note: rewards offers do expire, and must be used within active time frame.)
  • What do I do if I did not receive my rewards points for one of my visits?
    If you did not receive your rewards points for one of your visits, please visit our rewards page and fill out the contact form provided there. Make sure to include your order number in the form. Our team will review your submission and get back to you promptly to help resolve the issue.
  • How do I redeem an offer in store?
    To redeem an offer in store, simply inform your server, bartender, or cashier that you are a rewards member and that you'd like to use your available rewards. They will enter your information into our system and ensure that any redeemable offers are applied to your bill. Please note that any offers not redeemed before their expiration date will be lost.
  • How do I redeem an offer online?
    Upon completing the checkout process, you will encounter an optional field where you are can enter a promotional code. Please locate the promotional code you received in your reward announcement email and input it into the designated field. By doing so, any eligible discounts will be automatically applied to your order. (Note: Some exclusive reward offers are for Dine In only, and will be clearly specified within rewards announcement email.)
